By using UpMonix, you agree to these terms. UpMonix provides website and server monitoring services on a subscription basis. You are responsible for the accuracy of monitor configurations and alert destinations you provide.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate acceptable use policies or exceed plan limits without payment.
