Pricing glossary
- Domain
- A registered internet domain name whose website, SSL, DNS and related checks are grouped under your account.
- Monitor
- A configured check for a website, API endpoint or server. All monitor types share your plan monitor limit.
- Check interval
- The minimum time between scheduled checks for a monitor, subject to your plan minimum.
- Monitoring location
- The server location from which UpMonix performs external checks. Currently a single location.
- Team member
- A user invited to your organisation with a role (owner, admin or viewer).
- Client account
- A separate customer organisation managed under an agency account.
- Status page
- A public page showing component status and incident history for your services.
- Notification credit
- SMS and some messaging channels may incur per-message charges from the provider in addition to your plan.
- Data retention
- How long raw check results and aggregated uptime data are stored.
- Incident retention
- How long incident records and timelines remain available in your account.
